HOMELESS

To report anyone sleeping rough contact: https://www.streetlink.london/.

They come out late at night and first thing in the morning.

If you think the person is in immediate danger or needs urgent care, call 999.

 

As well as sending an alert to Streetlink, you can contact Hounslow Council:

MENTAL HEALTH

If you feel you or someone else is in immediate danger, you should call 999.

If no one is at immediate risk, but you need urgent assistance or advice you can call the West London Mental Health Trust's Single Point of Access (SPA) Helpline. The SPA may arrange a referral to an appropriate mental health service or signpost to support organisations that can be approached directly. SPA Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 0800 328 4444.

 

Contact local GP or NHS 111.

CAMHS – Child Adolescent Mental Health Service – talk to your GP, social worker, health professional or school SENCO for a referral.

DOMESTIC ABUSE

FINANCE

Crosslight Debt Advice at St Nicholas’ Chiswick. Referrals would be made directly to Crosslight by that individual or someone else and can be done via phone 020 7052 0318 or through the website www.crosslightadvice.org

FOODBANK

Hounslow FoodBox (Brentford) – need to be referred (eg through GP, council, school, Citizens Advice Bureau)
